• Customs documents: commercial invoice, certificate of origin and, where applicable, halal or compositional certificates can be supplied on request — state your requirements when you inquire.
• Data: under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, your consent is required for non-essential processing; our cookie banner respects this, and you may request erasure at any time.

Agarwood products are plant-derived. Where a specific halal assurance is required for your market, tell us in your inquiry so we can advise on the applicable documentation.
